http://www.bakadesuyo.com/ – Barking up the Wrong Tree by Eric Barker. Science based, well written articles that appear in top magazines all over the world.
http://www.unstuck.com – A great web and ipad app. Helps you figure out how you are stuck and how to change it.
http://bliss31.com/ – Bliss gratitude journal app. I love this and use it almost daily. Positive psychology.
http://www.actcompanion.com – An Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) app. Based on the book The Happiness Trap, by Dr Russ Harris. Cost $15Au, more than worth it (ACT works really well for me, I’m a big fan).
http://palousemindfulness.com/selfguidedMBSR.html – Free MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course. Based on the original Jon Kabat-Zinn program. MBSR has been found in study after study to be highly effective for people, mental health, life, everything.
The Happiness Trap. Dr Russ Harris. Ok, I haven’t actually read this, but it must be great. It’s like the bible of ACT. And now I’ll have to read it. Asap.
